750 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 750 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms are effective from 1 January 2026. The latest version is always available on this page.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 750 platform at 750.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this document as well as all related policies published by 750.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 750 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The 750 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and that you are using this platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one personal account on the 750 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 750 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. You are required to notify 750 immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 750 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes that may affect the experience of other users. Any attempt to hack, manipulate the system, deploy automated software (bots), or engage in financial fraud will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 750 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other Malaysian local payment methods listed in your account's deposit section.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond 750's control.
- Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification and fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements. 750 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- All deposit transactions are final. 750 is not responsible for any deposits made in error or to the wrong account due to user error.
- 750 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted.
Users are responsible for understanding all charges and fees that their bank or digital wallet provider may impose when processing transactions. 750 is not liable for any additional charges levied by third-party payment processors.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
750 Liability Limits
The 750 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding completeness, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 750 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions of a technical nature or those beyond 750's control.
Account Suspension & Closure
750 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, used multiple accounts, or taken any action that is detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 750 support team via email at [email protected]. Any valid balance that has met the applicable withdrawal requirements will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 750 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 750 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 750 platform content without prior written consent.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The 750 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational or convenience purposes. The presence of such links does not imply that 750 endorses, verifies, or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website's terms of use.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

750 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, the "Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest information. Continued use of the 750 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 750 platform or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
